Our day-trip to Oxford was magical. From famous Paddington Station we took a local train into the country for a fun-packed day in Oxford.
Highlights included the Sheldonian Theater (designed by Christopher Wren) including climbing the cupola for views of the dreaming spires of Oxford, the Bodleian library, Divinity School, Blackwell’s bookshop, a private viewing of Shakespeare’s First Folio, followed by High at the Old Parsonage Hotel. After a peek at the Ashmolean museum, a wonderful choral evensong at New College.
Go Learn leaves you happily exhausted!
